What is an AI visibility check?

An AI visibility check tests whether AI search tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, and Google AI can find, read, and cite your business website. This scan checks the technical layer in seconds: whether AI crawlers are allowed in, whether your site has structured data and llms.txt, and whether your content is organized so an AI can lift answers from it.

How does the instant scan work?

Enter your website address. The scan fetches your site live — robots.txt, homepage, llms.txt, and sitemap — and scores 11 technical checks on a 0–100 scale, with a fix listed for anything that fails. It takes about ten seconds. Nothing is stored: the scan runs on demand and your results are shown only to you.

What is a good AI visibility score?

80 or above means your site is technically AI-ready. 60–79 means AI tools can find you but you are leaving citations on the table. Below 60, AI search is likely skipping or misreading your site — and the fixes listed in your results are usually quick.

Does being visible to AI search actually matter for a small business?

Increasingly, yes. A growing share of buyers ask ChatGPT, Perplexity, or Google AI who to hire instead of scrolling search results. If AI crawlers are blocked or your site has no structured data, those tools recommend your competitors by default.
